FBZF型自吸泵是應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代磁力學(xué)原理，利用永磁體的磁力傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)扭矩的無接觸傳遞，采用外混式軸向回水結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，就是電機(jī)帶動(dòng)外轉(zhuǎn)子（即外磁鋼）總成旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，通過磁場的作用磁力線穿過隔離套帶動(dòng)內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子（即內(nèi)磁鋼）總成和葉輪同步旋轉(zhuǎn)，由于介質(zhì)封閉在靜止的隔離套內(nèi)，從而達(dá)到無泄漏抽送介質(zhì)的目的，泵體由吸液室、儲(chǔ)液室、蝸殼、回流孔、氣液分離室等組成。泵啟動(dòng)后在離心力的作用下，吸水室中的剩余液體與進(jìn)液管路中的空氣被葉輪攪拌成氣水混合物，混合物經(jīng)蝸殼進(jìn)入氣液分離室，隨著流速的減慢，導(dǎo)致氣水分離，空氣由泵出液口排出，液經(jīng)回水孔返回泵內(nèi)，經(jīng)過多次循環(huán)，進(jìn)液管道中的空氣被排凈，使泵內(nèi)形成一定的真空度，達(dá)到自吸的作用，解決了機(jī)械傳動(dòng)泵的軸封泄漏，而設(shè)計(jì)的全密封、無泄漏、無污染、強(qiáng)自吸、耐強(qiáng)酸、有效節(jié)能的新型工業(yè)用泵。
FBZF type self-priming pump uses modern magnetic mechanics principle and magnetic transmission of permanent magnet to realize non-contact transmission of torque. It adopts external mixed axial backwater structure design, that is, when the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously. Since the medium is enclosed in the static isolation sleeve, The pump body is composed of a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipe are stirred by the impeller to form an air-water mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the spiral case. As the flow rate slows down, the air-water separation is caused, the air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the return hole. After several cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipe is discharged, so that a certain vacuum degree is formed in the pump, achieving the role of self-priming, It solves the leakage of shaft seal of mechanical drive pump, and it is a new industrial pump designed with full seal, no leakage, no pollution, strong self-priming, strong acid resistance, high efficiency and energy saving.
